You've got a point

So, oftentimes the kids get a little rangy and take a long time to settle between "takes". This is a huge waste of time, so I often threaten that I will keep them longer if I don't get done what I need to get done.

So, today's conversation went something like this:

"Ok guys, you keep talking. My husband's working tonight, so I'm in no rush to get home. I could stay here all night."


One kid says:

"Don't you have a dog though?"

Hard to look stern when you're giggling.
